Sakkaya products are digital files (Microsoft Excel and PDF), delivered as a download link right after payment. Nothing is shipped.
Because the files can be downloaded immediately, we do not refund after download, except in these cases reported within 7 days of purchase:
Email [email protected] with your receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
We keep only what we need to sell to you: your name, email and order details, used to deliver files, issue receipts, tell you about updates and answer questions. Payments are processed by our checkout providers (Gumroad or Stripe); we never see or store your card details. We do not sell or share your personal data unless the law requires it.
To see, correct or delete your data, or to unsubscribe, email [email protected].
Use is governed by the license terms. The toolkits support people-management work and are not legal advice.
